This policy explains what Orage AI Agency, LLC ("Orage," "we," "us") collects when you use this site or fill out our booking form, how we use it, and the choices you have. By submitting the form you agree to this policy and to receive the communications described below.
Who we are
Orage AI Agency, based in Oklahoma City, OK. Contact: george@orage.agency.
Information we collect
- Contact info you provide: first name, last name, email address, phone number, and (if you fill the post-booking questionnaire) business details such as company name, industry, team size, revenue range, biggest bottleneck, current AI usage, budget range, and decision timeframe.
- Automatic information: IP address, user agent, page URL, referrer, UTM parameters, and Meta browser identifiers (fbp, fbc) used for attribution and fraud prevention.
- Booking metadata: the time slot you select, your time zone, and (if Google Calendar is connected) a Meet link for the call.
How we use it
- To schedule and confirm your strategy call.
- To send appointment reminders and updates by SMS and email.
- To send occasional Orage updates if you opted in (you can opt out at any time — see below).
- To measure ad performance with our advertising partners (Meta / Facebook) using hashed, server-side conversion events.
- To improve the service and prevent abuse.
SMS messaging program
When you check the consent box and submit the form, you give your prior express written consent to receive recurring transactional and marketing text messages from Orage at the number you provide, sent via an automatic telephone dialing system. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Reply STOP to unsubscribe at any time. Reply HELP for help, or contact george@orage.agency. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Who we share information with
We share information only with the service providers needed to operate the funnel, under their terms:
- Meta / Facebook — hashed identifiers and event data via the Pixel and Conversions API to measure and optimize ads.
- GoHighLevel — to store you as a CRM contact and route follow-up communications.
- Twilio — to deliver SMS reminders and notifications.
- Resend — to send transactional email from orage.agency.
- Vercel and Prisma — to host the website and the booking database.
We never sell your information.
Retention
Lead and booking records are retained as long as your booking is active and for a reasonable period afterward to support follow-up and analytics. You can request earlier deletion at george@orage.agency.
Your choices and rights
- SMS: reply STOP at any time to opt out of further messages from this program. You can rejoin by replying START.
- Email: use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email, or email us.
- Access / deletion: email george@orage.agency to access, correct, or delete your information. If you are a California or EU resident you have additional rights under CCPA / GDPR — we honor them on the same email.
Security
We use industry-standard transport encryption (HTTPS) and reputable providers to store and process information. No system is perfectly secure — please don't send sensitive identifiers (SSN, financial details) in the form.
Changes
We may update this policy. We'll update the "Last updated" date above and, for material changes, notify you by email or SMS.
